There will be a Quilt Show on November 7th and 8th at Soka University in Aliso Viejo. Admission is $8.00. 

The hours of the show are:
Saturday November 7th 10am to 4pm,
Sunday November 8th, 10am to 3:30 pm.
Directions to Soka University:
From the south take 5 freeway, exit Oso Parkway and go North. Oso becomes Pacific Park. Proceed 4 miles to Wood Canyon and turn left. Soka is on the right.
From the north take 5 freeway, exit Alicia Parkway and go right. Proceed 2.5 miles to Wood Canyon and turn left. Soka is on the right.

ALSO........a grade school reunion is being discussed for those who went to Gilbert Elementary.

WELCOME CLASS OF '75!! You'll notice new page additions, as we combine the Class of '75 to our web site. All responses to the idea have been positive.....!

HAPPY 5th ANNIVERSARY of this web site! It's been 5 years since the Class of '74 reunion Sept. 11-12, 2004, when we created this personal web site to keep in touch with all our friends from Rancho High School.  We hope we are keeping you informed on other classmates, on future reunions, (both big and small), and above all staying connected! Enjoy....!

Subject: Coach Darr Passed Away July 6th

My old team mates,
If you have not heard, our beloved Coach Darr passed away Monday night. Beyond coaching, he was truly a great guy and I was fortunate enough to stay in touch with him through out the last few years. As you can see from my last email with him on the day he died, he never lost his wit.
Rest in Peace Coach Darr.

Dennis Flanigan Sr. passed away on April 26th, 2008.  A program from his memorial and details are on the 'What's New' page.... :(  His fellow Rancho classmate Phil Greek (class of '59) sent an email you can read on 'We Get Letters'.

Thank You...to those who have sent in their photos to add to the existing slide shows! (there was too many of mine in them!) Also, help me input the missing names! I've numbered and captioned most of them, but there's lots of blanks to fill in! If you know the missing info, email me with the slide show name and photo number. (Ladies, I mostly imput your maiden names) The 'slide shows' uploaded so far, are all the photos I have received...........If you want to add yours, send them in! :)

 Did you go? The Golden Anniversary Celebration at Rancho Alamitos High School was Saturday, May 17th, 2008 The event was free (there was family friendly activities for all ages).  The 50th Committee includes current students and alumni from every decade (including one women who was in the first class in 1958!).

HAPPY 50+ BIRTHDAY!! Yes, who would have believed it, right? I hope you all had an enjoyable landmark birthday!
