Dave Duebendorfer: Is “semi-retired,” but still works as Chief Operating Officer of Orion Constellation Partners, a NY-based fund of hedge funds with approximately $500 million in assets under management. He still lives in Westport, CT, and his daughter Lindsay just started at George Washington University.
LAURIE (GENEVRO) COLE – Practiced law for 16 years before becoming a stay at home mom to sons Tucker and Wiley. In 2002 was elected to Vienna’s town Council. Husband Harry has been encouraging g and supportive. Laurie wrote: "I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be free to make choices about my career and our family"
ROD MONTGOMERY – Has worked as a Carpenter living in Magalia, CA for the last 29 years. Rod is most proud of his daughter Raechel. His most memorable experience continues to be when she made her entrance into the world on January 8, 1986. Rod has also been a Foster Parent for many years, in which he confesses that at times it can be a hard job, but the rewards make it all worth it.
SUSAN BURNS – Susan left a successful career in sales a few years ago to try her hand at Real Estate. She lives and works in Newport Beach and enjoys spending time with family.
BRAD PARKINSON – Married to wife Susi for over 26 years, Brad has spent his life in the music business, touring for many years and boasting 2 independent album releases in both Europe and Japan. Brad also has a son Kris age 29.
JOY SULLIVAN – Joy is a mother extraordinaire. Working full time and almost single-handedly raised her 2 kids Ryan and Katie now both in their early 20s. She managed to master the computer business from the bottom up while watching over her parents and supporting all of her kids’ extra curricular activities. You Go Girl!
KIRK ADAMS – Kirk has been an Architect for 27 years. He and wife Libby live in Newport Beach and have raised 2 children; Heidi and Mark, both now in their mid 20s.
CAROL OPSTAD – married to Murat Kural they have 2 great kids, Tanner, an avid reader, pianist, trombonist and cartoonist, and Erin, an intelligent gal who also loves to read, has many friends and a great ear for languages and music. Carol has been teaching elementary school for over 20 years. Her school has been honored by both the state and nationally.
SHERIE (OKADA) KATO – Lives in Brea, CA with hubby. They have 2 boys Kevin and Kyle both in their early 20s.
KATHY (LEYES) FISCHER – Before her son was born, Kathy, who has a BA in Psychology and MS in Counseling was a Career Counselor. Now, she’s a stay at home mom and an active BSA volunteer who cannot imagine life without her son Nate and husband David. As of this entry, David might be driving Kathy a little crazy since his early retirement last year, but Nate surely is making mom proud as he continues to be an excellent student, Boy Scout and musician.
PAM (MOCCO) GALE – Husband Andy, Pam and daughters Chelsea and Taylor all achieved their Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do as a family. They enjoy traveling and have homes in NYC, London, Colorado and California. Pam has been a Courtroom Clerk in Orange County for 25 years.
SAM SOWARDS – Sam reports that he is still Mayor of Vinton Ohio and plans to run for re-election this November. He is going to try to make it to the reunion on October 20th. Can't wait to see you Sam!
JEFFREY GURZI- Jeff and wife Kimberly have 2 kids Devon and Dalaina. Jeff is President and CEO of SPCI, Specialized Painting Co. and says that his biggest accomplishment has been "staying alive, creating a So Cal oasis for my family and of course my family winning the Yamaha/Nestlé Band Esplosion at the Buddakan in Japan".
PAUL McANNALLY-LINZ- Paul has been a manager at Xerox for over 22 years. He and wife Linda are most proud of the children Ryan, Dianna and Jessica. All three are/were honor students in both high school and college. Lived in England for awhile and enjoyed seeing 3 Olympic Soccer Finals and 2 World Cup Finals.
PAMELA (PIERCE) PALOMINO- Pam has been a member of the Golden West Symphonic band playing both here and in Europe. She performed in Vatican City for the Pope and an audience of 200,000 people back in 2001. Pam is engaged to be married in January! Congratulations, Pam.
CRAIG JOHNSON- He and wife Wendy keep busy with twins Matt and Laura both in high school and their daughters Whitney and Valerie who are in college. Craig is working for the City of Long Beach these days.
ED SOAPES- Works for a construction company in Corona. Lives in Irvine and is currently very involved with his son's varsity football team. His daughters Allison attends Irvine Valley College and Lindsey volunteers 3 days a week at the blind children's learning center in Santa Ana.

Chuck Roberts - Chuck lives in the town of Spring Valley Lake near Apple Valley with his wife of 22 years and his 2 boys. He does freelance IT work and is still really into music. He recently sold 3 of his songs to a TV show called Dog Tales. You can see the show on Saturdays at 3:00pm on KCAL (channel 9).
Lauren (Alviso) Hagar - Marriend to Steve (class of 72). They have an insurance brokerage near their home in Murrieta. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren at last count. She spends weekends traveling to gigs with Steve and his band Bluefish.
Ron Pierce - He and wife Jackie have 3 sons. The older boys are 6'8" and the youngest is 6'5". Luckily they all like to play basketball. Ron has owned Big Ron's Body and Paint for 30 years. They live in Garden Grove where Ron is also on the Planning Commission.
Doug Erb - Lives in San Clemente where he is a Sales Engineer. He has 4 children, Katie who is probably a newlywed now and Ryan, Mike and Danny who are all excellent baseball players. They've all participated in either League All Stars or have won their Division Champioships.
Jim Cross - Lives in Boise with Pamela where he's been a car dealer for over 25 years. Their kids Hali and Caleb are Black Belts in Karate, and have competed and won in national competitions.
Ken Brackett - He and wife Grace have 2 kids Jasyn, 21, and Jillian 19. Ken was working in Retail Management for the Sports Chalet when we all met up at our 30th Reunion. Before that he helped to start 4 other companies and was the Co-founder of 2.Dawn Stoddard - A project manager for Tangram, she and partner Terri Bruno live in Laguna Niguel. They are most proud of their seven year old son, Hudson.
Vance Hudson - Married to Cristina for over 20 years. They have one daughter, Crisdonya who is 25. Vance started his own successful printing business, has fond memories of cruising the Carribean and loves spending time at home with his family.
Debra (Park) Arvidson - Recently moved from Carlsbad to The Boston, Ma. area where they are rennovating their home which was built in 1770. They are planning to visit their daughters here in So Cal this December where their oldest, Danielle works for VH1 in L.A. and their youngest Nicole is attending Jr. College in Carlsbad.
Gary Eychaner - Lives in Brea with his wife Crystal (class of 77). They have 4 grown children; Vanessa, Garret, Bridgette and Austin. At last report Gary worked for Kimberly Clark as their Distribution Operator for over 28 years.
